Student Leadership Programmes

Women into Leadership

The Women into Leadership Programme was born out of a desire to remove as many barriers as we can for our future female leaders, ensuring they are equipped with the tools to follow their chosen paths in life.

We recognise that the world beyond The Sixth Form can present significant challenges for women. There remains a cultural legacy of male-dominated spaces within leadership, a reality we hope to change over time with our support and encouragement. Our programme is designed to empower young women, providing them with the knowledge and skills necessary to navigate and transform these environments.

“Being a part of the Prosper Leadership Programme has helped massively in different parts of my life. As a young lad growing up in this generation, there is a lot of pressure on my shoulders but the Prosper Programme has created a place for me to talk to people and get an idea of other people’s experiences as well as learning and gaining a lot of key skills such as public speaking. I really enjoyed meeting Sky Sports presenter Kyle Walker and nutritionist, Phil Pukiello, as it was eye opening and gave me a few insights into various different lifestyle, as well as giving me tips and inspiration on how to better myself as a young man.”
